Discover a new way to enjoy the works of Claude Monet and immerse yourself in the artist's masterpieces at this 360-degree, digital show. Expect digital displays, sound effects, projection mapping and much more!

The venue will be at Mercantile Center, 211 Commercial Street, Worcester

This experience is held indoors in an air-conditioned venue.
How long does the experience last?
For you to have an estimate, people usually spend 60 to 90 minutes on this experience.
Will there be strobe lights?
No.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
You will be able to purchase grab-and-go snacks and soft drinks at the venue.
Is there parking available?
There is public paid parking close to the venue. On Sundays, the parking is free.
Will there be additional sessions?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee there will be extra dates. Please refer to the experience page for updated information on availability, as those are the confirmed dates and timings.
Is there Virtual Reality?
This experience has the option to enjoy virtual reality; please check if your ticket includes it.
Will there be merchandise for sale?
Yes! There will be merchandise for sale at the shop.

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
It is recommended that you arrive at the time stated on your ticket, but you can arrive within the next 10 minutes.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in this event’s location, though we do welcome service animals.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the event is being held in an accessible venue. Please note there are no wheelchairs to rent onsite.
What are the prohibited items at the experience?
Flash photography, alcohol, guns, and anything that may disturb the other patrons.
Do you offer carer tickets?
Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker.
For this experience, simply show proof of needing a carer ticket at the entrance and the carer will be allowed in for free.
Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people?
Deaf people will be able to enjoy this experience as it is mostly visual; however, we do not recommend this event for visually impaired people.
Will there be strobe lights?
This event won't include strobe lights.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
This is a walkthrough experience, but if you need a little rest, you will be able to find some seats for you to have a break.
Will restrooms be available on site?
There are restrooms at the venue —please ask our staff on site for indications.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
Is there a Lost & Found?
We would recommend to ask the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings. If you cannot ask them on site, please
contact us.

Is there an age requirement?
All ages are welcome to this experience and the space is accessible for prams/strollers. Kids under 4 years old will be allowed in for free. Please note there is no space to store the strollers onsite.
Will there be an audio guide?
Unfortunately, this experience does not include an audio guide.
