A wonderful exhibit, the VR was an amazing addition to the experience. Absolutely beautiful. The other fun coloring activity was very fun after being immersed in art. So fun and clever. Also the staff was very friendly and helpful.

THE EXPERIENCE

What can I expect from the event? Discover a new way to enjoy the works of Claude Monet and immerse yourself in the artist's masterpieces at this 360-degree, digital show. Expect digital displays, sound effects, projection mapping and much more!
Where is the experience located? The experience will take place at YZD, 30 Hanover Road, North York, M3K 1L3
Does the exhibition take place in an indoor or outdoor venue? This experience is held indoors in an air-conditioned venue.
How long does the experience last? For you to have an estimate, people usually spend 60-75 min at this experience.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase? Beverages will be purchasable at the end of the exhibit.
Is there parking available? There will be parking available at 3.50 CAD (for 3 hrs). Pick-up zone available just in front of the building.
Will there be additional sessions? Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee there will be extra dates. Please refer to the experience page for updated information on availability, as those are the confirmed dates and timings.
Is there a dress code? There's no defined dress code for this experience; a casual look will be fine.
Will there be merchandise for sale? Yes! There will be merchandise for sale at the shop.
Is there a coat check? There will be a cloak room at the entrance where you can leave your belongings available for an additional fee (C$2 per person, C$5 per family)

ABOUT TICKETS

Where can I get tickets? In the Fever App, available on Google Play and the Apple Store. On the Fever website
Can I purchase tickets at the door? We will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets in the Fever App or on the Fever website.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person? No, for this event you won't be able to transfer your tickets to another person.
Do I need to print my ticket? You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed? This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our T&Cs.
Can I make a group booking? For groups under 25 people, you can buy your tickets directly through the main page (select the "Group Bundle" option when choosing your ticket type). For special requests or groups over 25, please fill the groups form.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do? You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session? It is recommended that you arrive at the time stated on your ticket, but you can arrive within the next 30 minutes.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed? Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in this event's location, though we do welcome service animals.
Is the venue accessible? Yes, the event is being held in an accessible venue.
What are the prohibited items at the experience? Please do not bring alcohol or anything that may disturb the other patrons.
Do you offer caregiver tickets? For people with disabilities, the accompanying person is entitled to free admission while they themselves pay the reduced price.
Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people? We are happy to confirm that people with visual or hearing impairments will be able to enjoy this experience.
Will there be strobe lights? No, there will not be strobe lights.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition? This is a walkthrough experience, but if you need a little rest, you will be able to find some seats for you to have a break.
Will restrooms be available on site? There are restrooms at the venue —please ask our staff on site for indications.
Can I take photos or record the experience? Feel free to take photos and share them (don't forget to tag us). When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
Is there a Lost & Found? We would recommend to ask the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings. If you cannot ask them on site, please contact us.
Is there an age requirement? All ages are welcome to this experience and the space is accessible for prams/strollers. Kids under 3 years old will be allowed in for free.
Are children allowed to do the VR on their own? Children from the age of 8 onwards are allowed to participate in the VR room on their own.
Will there be an audio guide? There's no audio guide available.
How much does the VR experience cost if bought separately? The VR experience can be purchased separately on site, at a cost of C$5 per person.
