The experience takes place at Ventura Milano - Via Privata Giovanni Ventura, 12a, 20134 Milano MI, Italy.
Does the exhibition take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
The exhibition will be held in an indoor venue.
How long does the experience last?
The visit will take around 60-90 minutes.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
No, there won't be food or beverage for purchase at this event.
Will there be merchandise for sale?
Yes, there will be merchandise for sale.
How to get to the venue? Is there a parking?
We don't recommend using your car to get to the venue, as there are no free parking spaces in the area. There are 2 paid parking lots available:
- Gran Garage Guardi- Via Giovanni da Milano 18, Milano (just off Piazza Guardi)
- Via Giovanni da Milano 18 Garage
How to get here by public transport:
By metro or tramway
- Metro Line M2 (Green Line) β Stop: Lambrate FS πΆββοΈ 8 minutes on foot
Take Line M2 (direction Cologno Nord or Gessate) and get off at Lambrate FS. From there, walk about 600 m (8 minutes) along Via Conte Rosso β Via Ventura.
- Tram 33 β Stop: Via Porpora / Via Teodosio πΆββοΈ 10 minutes on foot
Tram 33 runs through central Milan (from Largo Farnese or Porta Lodovica) and stops a short walk from the venue.
By bus
- Bus 39 β Direction: Lambrate FS M2 β Stop: Via Ventura / Via Conte Rosso πΆββοΈ 4 minutes
- Bus 54 β Direction: Lambrate FS β Stop: Via Porpora / Teodosio πΆββοΈ 6 minutes

Lambrate FS is a regional rail and metro station, ideal if you are arriving from outside Milan (Monza, Bergamo, Piacenza, etc.).
ACCESS
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
It is recommended that you arrive within the time stated on your ticket, but you can arrive within the next 30 minutes.
What happens if I arrive late?
Your ticket will still be valid, but you may be required to wait until there is space in the following times slots.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in this event's location, though we do welcome service animals.
Is this a kid-friendly environment?
This event is recommended for all ages. However, please keep in mind that the space is not accessible for prams, and it doesn't have baby changing facilities.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
The Monet exhibition is accessible to wheelchairs and pram friendly; people with disabilities or with strollers can enter downstairs via the bar and the shop.
Do you offer carer tickets?
Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker. For this experience, simply show proof of needing a carer ticket at the entrance and the carer will be allowed in for free.
What are the prohibited items at the experience? Can I smoke or vape?
Flash photography, alcohol or anything which may disturb the other patrons. Smoking and vaping is not permitted.
Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people?
Deaf people will be able to enjoy this experience as it is mostly visual; however, we do not recommend this event for visually impaired people.
Will there be strobe lights?
No, there will not be strobe lights.
Will restrooms be available on site?
Yes, there will be restrooms available on siteβplease ask our staff on site for indications.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
Is there a Lost & Found?
We would recommend asking the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings. If you cannot ask them on site, please
contact us.
Do children need to pay for a ticket?
Free entry for children under 4 years old.
Can children do VR alone?
The hosts will consider case by case, but if the headset fits the child's head size, there shouldn't be any problem in doing the experience alone.
Is there a minimum weight?
There's no minimum weight for any part of the exhibition.
Can I wear glasses?
Glasses are suitable for the VR headset.
Is there an audio guide?
No, there's no audio guide available.
TICKETS
Where can I get tickets?
What are the official sellers for this experience?
Official tickets for Monet: The Immersive Experience can only be purchased on Fever. Tickets are not available on any other website or ticketing platform.
Can I purchase a ticket on-site?
Tickets may be purchased at the door (subject to availability). To ensure entry and reduce wait times, we encourage you to buy your ticket online in advance.
Can I purchase VR tickets on-site?
Yes, any attendee can purchase tickets for the VR experience on-site (subject to availability), but only VIP tickets will benefit from priority access to it.
What are the different ticket options?
Tickets are sold per person. There are two ticket options:
Standard Admission - Includes entry to the experience:
- Adult
- Child (4-12 y.o.)
- Family Pass: 2 adults + 2 children
- Senior (65+ y.o.), Student (13 to 26 y.o.)
VIP Admission - Includes entry to the exhibition, entry to the VR experience with skip-the-line, and a poster of your choice.
- VIP Adult
- VIP Child (4 to 12 y.o.)
Free entry for children under 4 years old. For Standard Access only ticket holders, entry to the VR experience can be purchased separately on site (subject to availability).
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. Simply send the PDF with the barcode you received via email to the person who will use the ticket. Please
contact us with any questions or concerns; be sure to include the ticket ID.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the email confirmation or the Fever app, within the "Tickets" section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from
Google Play or the
Apple App Store. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please
contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your event. If you wish to make a change, please
contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. One of our agents will respond to your request as quickly as possible, guiding you through the next steps. Refunds are not permitted under any circumstances. For more information, you can review our

Do you offer group discounts?
For groups under 50 people, you can buy your tickets directly through the
main page (select the "Group Bundle" option when choosing your ticket type). For special requests or groups over 50, please fill the groups form.
