What can I expect from Monet: The Immersive Experience?

The Monet experience is located at The Boiler House, a historic building located in London's East End.

Does the exhibition take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
The exhibition will be held in an indoor venue.
How long does the experience last?
The visit will take around 60 to 75 minutes.
Will there be strobe lights?
No, there will not be strobe lights.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
No, but there are third-party food vendors in close proximity to the experience.
Will there be merchandise for sale?
Yes, there will be merchandise for sale.
Is there parking available? Is it free?
There’s no parking at the venue, but you can park in one of the several public parkings next to the exhibition.
Is the experience accessible for deaf people?
Yes, it is accessible for deaf people.

Is this a kid-friendly environment?
This event is recommended for all ages.
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
It is recommended that you arrive within the time stated on your ticket, but you can arrive within the next 30 minutes.
What happens if I arrive late?
Your ticket will still be valid, but you may be required to wait until there is space in the following time slots.
What are the prohibited items at the experience?
Flash photography, alcohol, smoking or anything which may disturb the other patrons.
Can I smoke or vape
No, smoking or vaping is not allowed.
Will restrooms be available on site?
Yes, restrooms are available.
Is there heating or air conditioning?
The venue is an old brewery which is not fully heated, so it is recommended that you attend the exhibition in warm clothes.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the exhibition?
There are parts of the exhibition where you will be able to sit, but there are others where you will be standing. If you have any special conditions, please ask the hosts so they can help you.
Can I bring animals?
No, only service animals are allowed.
Are service dogs allowed?
Yes.
Is there parking available?
We highly recommend using public transport to get to the exhibition.
What accessibility options do we have for someone visually impaired?
Unfortunately, the exhibition has a very strong visual component, so we don’t recommend it for those who are visually impaired.
Can children do VR alone?
The hosts will consider case by case, but if the headset fits the child’s head size, there shouldn’t be any problem in doing the experience alone.
Is there a minimum weight?
There’s no minimum weight for any part of the exhibition.
Can I wear glasses?
Glasses are suitable for the VR headset.
Is there an audio guide?
There’s no audio guide available.
Are prams allowed?
Yes, prams are allowed, but please, keep in mind that the exhibition takes place over two floors and there are stairs.

Where can I get tickets?
What are the official sellers for this experience?
Official tickets for Monet: The Immersive Experience can only be purchased on Fever. Tickets are not available on any other website or ticketing platform.
What are the different ticket options?
Tickets are sold per person. There are two ticket options:
Standard Admission: includes entry to the experience.
Adult
Child (4-12 y.o.)
Family Pass: 2 adults + 2 children
Senior (65+ y.o.), Student (13 to 26 y.o.) or Military.
VIP Admission: Includes entry to the exhibition, entry to the VR experience with skip-the-line, and a poster of your choice.
VIP Adult
VIP Child (4 to 12 y.o.)
Free entry for children under 4 years old.
For Standard Access only ticket holders, entry to the VR experience can be purchased separately on site.
Can I purchase VR tickets on-site?
Yes, any attendee can purchase tickets for the VR experience on-site, but only VIP tickets will benefit from priority access to it (suitable for ages 4+).
How do I book a ticket for my carer?
Carers are welcomed at the exhibition with free admission upon showing the appropriate documentation at the entrance. Please note that the guest requiring assistance must have a valid ticket. Here are a few of the documents we accept:
- Middle or Higher rate DLA for care and/or mobility.
- Receipt of Personal Independence Payment (PIP).
- Evidence of being severely sight impaired.
- CredAbility Access Card – + 1 category requirement.
- A recognised Assistance Dog ID Card.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please
contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In such a case, please
contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, you can refer to our
T&Cs.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.
Do you offer a group discount?
For groups under 50 people, you can buy your tickets directly through the main page (select the “Group Bundle” option when choosing your ticket type). For special requests or groups over 50, please fill the
groups form.
MISCELLANEOUS
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
