What can I expect from Monet: The Immersive Experience?
Discover a new way to enjoy the works of Claude Monet and immerse yourself in the artist's masterpieces at this 360-degree, digital show. Expect digital displays, sound effects, projection mapping and much more!

The experience is located at Carlisle Memorial Church.

Does the exhibition take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
The exhibition will be held in an indoor venue.
Please note that the venue is a memorial church which is not fully heated, it is recommended to attend the exhibition in warm clothes.
Is it COVID secure and safe?
Local regulations for COVID safety will apply.
Will there be strobe lights?
No.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
No, but there are third-party food vendors in close proximity to the experience.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
How long does the experience last?
The experience takes approximately 60 minutes but you are welcome to stay as long as you want.
Will I be able to pay in cash?
The online tickets can only be paid for by card. Onsite tickets, merch items, and beverages can be paid in cash or card.
What is the difference between a VIP ticket and a regular ticket?
The difference between the two tickets is that the regular one includes only the entrance to the experience, while the VIP one includes a skip-the-line, VR experience, and one merchandise item.
From which age onwards do I not need to be accompanied by an adult?
All ages are welcome! An adult must accompany children under 12.
Is the show suitable for pregnant people?
The experience requires the audience to be on their feet, moving around the venue for approximately 60 minutes, however, the experience does not feature tension or highly physical movements. We suggest you speak to the manager on arrival to discuss any specific requirements so that they can assist.

Do I need to wear a mask?
Masks are not required at the event as per current COVID guidelines (subject to change if the government guidelines change)
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
It is recommended that you arrive within the time stated on your ticket, but you can arrive within the next 30 minutes.
What happens if I arrive late?
Your ticket will still be valid, but you may be required to wait until there is space in the following time slots.
Can I bring animals?
No, this event is not pet-friendly, only service animals are allowed.
Is there an age requirement?
All ages are welcome! Children under the age of 4 can visit free of charge and minors under the age of 12 need to be accompanied by adults.
Is it appropriate for young kids?
The experience is wonderful for all ages!

Is the venue easily accessible?
The Van Gogh exhibition is accessible to wheelchairs and pram friendly. Please contact us and we will advise on how we can best assist you.
Do you offer free tickets for carers?
For people with disabilities pay the reduced price, while the accompanying person is entitled to free admission.

Do I need to print my ticket?
No, printing is not needed.

Can I purchase a ticket at the event venue?
It is recommended that you buy tickets in advance, tickets onsite will be dependent on capacity and availability.
Where can I get tickets?
Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In such a case, please contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, you can refer to our

Is there a Military discount?

Do children under 4 have to pay for a ticket?
Children under 4 years old enter for free and you don’t need to buy a ticket.
Do you offer a group discount?
For groups under 40 people, you can buy your tickets directly through the main page (select the “Group Bundle” option when choosing your ticket type). For special requests or groups over 40, please fill out the group form.
Is there a suggested dress code for this experience?
There is no specific dress code for the experience. We recommend you wear comfortable clothing as the experience will typically last over an hour. Please note that during the winter months we also recommend you wear warm clothing as the venue is fairly cold.
